Supply Chain Services brings over 15 years of supply chain management experience across industry verticals. We are committed to helping for-profit and non-profit organizations improve their operations and achieve their goals.
We are passionate about learning and sharing best practices across industrial service and product providers. In 2024, we established Supply Chain Solutions LLC to make a broader impact on manufacturing across greater New England. Our Solutions team works directly with industrial manufacturers to redesign supply chain processes, implement new technology systems, and build lasting improvement.
We start by visiting your facility and reviewing your current state. Our SCS Assessment provides a benchmark and identifies opportunities for improvement. Working together, we build a prioritized improvement roadmap tailored to your operation.
We design the right solution for your business — mapping people, process, and technology into a cohesive system that simplifies, standardizes, and optimizes your organization. We work with leading hardware, software, and integration vendors, bringing deep expertise directly to your team.
We implement practical technology solutions that fit your needs. With expertise across PLM, ERP, MES, IIoT, WMS, AI tools, and other enterprise systems, our team works alongside yours to build, test, train, and deploy solutions. A structured change management approach ensures go-live success.
After a successful go-live, we continue to work with our partners. SCS offers flexible support and services agreements — ranging from contract developers and project managers to application and database support.
We believe knowledge and expertise should benefit the whole community. In 2026, we established Supply Chain Support, a New Hampshire-based 501(c)(3). Our Support team volunteers to guide boards of directors and assist with project work at local non-profit organizations in the communities where we operate.
We donate our time and expertise to non-profit organizations, applying the same methodology and standards we bring to every commercial engagement.
We raise community donations throughout the year to fund support for local organizations. The Supply Chain Support Fund is dedicated to three local non-profits annually, providing funding and other resources to these organizations.
We work to suggest and implement improvements across donation intake, distribution logistics, volunteer coordination, and supply management — so non-profits can focus their resources on mission impact.
We build long-term relationships with organizations doing meaningful work in the communities we serve. We show up consistently and stay engaged.
